Whether you're in the Napa Valley or anywhere in the world, sessions are available both in-person and virtually. The healing is equally profound either way.

In-Person
Experience a full hands-on Reiki session in my private studio in Napa, California — a calm, sacred space created for deep relaxation and healing.
Virtual
Distance Reiki is just as powerful as in-person healing. Energy is not bound by physical space. Virtual sessions are held via Zoom from wherever you are.

I'm Jenna — a Usui Reiki Master, former Division 1 athlete, UC Berkeley graduate, and recovering corporate overachiever. I left a global tech career to do the work I was born to do.
