I felt you before you even arrived.

The story of how an empath who lost herself found her way back — and made it her life's work to help others do the same.

The Beginning

A gift that became a burden.

I've been an empath my entire life — able to sense people, see their true soul, and feel what they carry long before a single word is spoken.

From a very young age, I knew my purpose on this earth was to help others. My ability to feel deeply seemed like the perfect instrument for that calling.

But no one teaches you how to hold that kind of depth.

Without the tools to channel it, my gift quietly became my burden. I absorbed everyone else's pain while losing myself in the process — sacrificing my own happiness, my own wellbeing, my own joy — until I felt nothing at all. Numb. Lost. Running completely on empty.

I knew something had to change.

The Turning Point

The session that changed everything.

What followed was years of searching — meditation, therapy, journaling, breathwork, tarot, silent retreats, plant medicine ceremonies, and more. I was hungry for something that would finally move the needle.

Then I experienced my first Reiki session.

Lying on the table as my practitioner hovered her hands above my body, I felt something I can only describe as divine. It was as though God herself was holding me. Visions I had never experienced before. A sense of truth — of the universe — washing through me for the very first time.

Over the course of a year, we released stuck trauma, cut energetic cords, and opened energy centers that had been closed for as long as I could remember.

I walked out of that practice a different woman.

The Path

I did it for me.

I went on to train under gifted healers and earn my Usui Reiki Master certification — the accomplishment I am most proud of in a life that has included Division 1 soccer, a degree from UC Berkeley, and a decade on the global marketing teams of the world's largest companies.

I did it because it is in utter alignment with my soul. I quit my corporate tech career to pursue what I knew, deep down, I was here to do.

For the past two years, I've been building my practice in Napa, CA and virtually — and every single session reminds me exactly why I'm here.
