How It Started

I was sitting at my corporate desk Googling "How can I be happy?"

The advice I found told me to drink more water and exercise. Being hydrated and getting my heart rate up did not fix the unshakable emptiness I was feeling. So I convinced myself it was just the wrong job, or not enough money.

I climbed the ladder. Landed an incredible role at a dream company. Made more money than I knew what to do with.

And I was still miserable.

Looking back, I am grateful for that. Hitting that wall in my late 20s, with every box checked and still feeling hollow, forced me to look somewhere I never would have looked otherwise.

I had a great job, a great city, a loving boyfriend. I could not explain why someone like me felt so deeply unfulfilled. But I did.

The Turning Point

The session that changed everything.

Years before, after talk therapy took me nowhere, I had heard about something called Reiki. I did not fully understand what it was. I just felt compelled to try it. So I listened to that feeling.

I will never forget my first session. It was like I had aligned with the frequency of truth for the first time in my life. Things made sense. I felt weightless. Like something that had been wound tight inside me for years finally exhaled.

I kept going back. For years, those sessions were my escape, my reset, the one thing that made me feel like myself again.

When I finally hit my breaking point at my tech job, I took a hard look at my life and asked what actually brought me joy. The answer was clear. It had always been clear.

Reiki.

The Path

I went all in.

I began my training under the most incredible energy shaman and Reiki Master, and eventually became a Usui Reiki Master myself.

I started offering free sessions to close friends and family. I loved it so much I didn't think of it as work. Word spread. People felt the shifts. More people came. Before I knew it, I had a full practice.

I quit my corporate job and never looked back.

Reiki opened a door I am still walking through. Since then I have immersed myself in everything that calls to me: silent meditation retreats, a week-long plant medicine journey in Costa Rica, shamanic energy sessions, Spinal Energetics training, tarot, past life clearings, cacao ceremonies, and more. I bring all of it to this work.

What I Offer Today

Reiki, Spinal Energetics, tarot card readings, Mommy and Me Reiki sessions, women's cacao ceremonies, and group classes.

Seeing people return to themselves, living freer, happier, more aligned, brings me a joy I cannot fully put into words. I have never been more ready for this work.
